*NEEDS PICS* Dark Hole: Episode 9

Now: Episode 9

Flashback to Dong Rim for an extended background. Here Jin Seok comes on riding beside her at a bus stop with his buddy in tow. Actually, he kicked him off. What a shitty friend. He persuades Dong Rim to ride with him. They arrive to a bridge overlooking the city where he is seen texting with some yet to be known person asking if "she'll do it.". He focuses his attention to her trying to finesse his way for her consent when all she needs to do is to "walk in the hotel". She tries to walk away but he threatens to kill her. She has enough of his shit so she tries to call his bluff and says DO IT THEN! 

Alright so Hwa Sun is getting ouchies in the head while he is on the rooftop with Tae Han and for the second time, she is able to see through the eyes of someone else. Sunnyeo, actually. They both have not officially met but her description of Sergeant Park and the location gives Tae Han more than enough information to figure out what fuckery is amongst them so he does his comical take of leave yet again. Hwa Sun wants to go with him but he says it is better for her to chill at the Jingam Mart to take care of the rest of the survivors in case any breaches in the barricades happen.

Well, he ain't lyin' because the nearly fully infected Jin Seok is on his way over there. He must have came across the note Choi left for Dong Rim to meet at the supermarket. His whole body looks fucked up due to the black smoke he inhaled.

Choi is up and spots Dong Rim whom is still limping and not fully recovered from that dang nabbit mutant stepping on her foot previously. He asks if she is okay but she gets weirdly hostile with him. He asks WTF is her deal? She says some cryptic stuff like "U know wut u did mr. coward!" I'm just as confused as you are. I'm betting it is something to do with her dad.

When Hwa Sun returns to the front where all the survivors are hanging, one of the adult dudes is just as hostile to her now! WHAT EVEN! He asks where Tae Han went and is not satisfied with her answer. He starts making up bullshit lies loud and proud which perks up some of the people around and starting to spook them. Hwa Sun tells him to cut his shit.

Choi comes to back her up and reminds him of when they first arrived to Jingam Mart that Tae Han was the one who saved that music teacher's life so that he should shut the fuck up. In much nicer words, anyway.

With the crisis averted, everyone goes back to minding their own business. 

Dong Rim continues walking but when she approaches the warehouse, Choi is seen following her. Oh, dear.

Hwa Sun continues to make her rounds but she hears a rattling. When she turns a corner holy fuck she spots a tentacle!!!!! She hauls ass in pursuit of it but in doing so, she reaches Ms. Na and another man who was confuzzled as heck. Didn't help much that they did not see a darn thing so she resumes her sprint to find that darn tentacle.

Choi continues further our and HOLY SHIT ON A STICK! He spots an unconcious Dong Rim on the floor. While he tries to wake her up, the ever so growing fugly Jin Seok pops out and Is like WAZZAP! U THINK I DIE....BUT I NO DIE! Choi shoots are in vain as it doesn't phase him a single bit and then they start getting in a scuffle.

Dong Rim regains consciousness while this is happening but before she can do anything, Choi shoots his shot (literally!) and get Jin Seok in the eye. Blinded, Choi stuffs him in the metal caged area he just stepped out of and managed to lock it behind him and they run off to the survivors to yell them of the breach.

Everyone is freaking out, as per usual, and Hwa Sun gets yet another POV wince. It's bad, bro. She is able to see through the eyes of a mutant...among other mutants, that are at the storefront of Jingam so she tells every to GTFO!!

Jin Seok is the first to get the memo and she hulk smashes through the metal gates yelling his wittle heart heart out. Hwa Sun, awmred with a bat takes a big swing at him and tells everyone to continue running as she is buying them time.

Oh, and lets not forget the fucking mutants!!!!

Some make it in cars and a few are immediately casualties as they are clearly out numbered.

The showdown is getting gnarly as fuck when Hwa Sun takes her weapon and like the boss ass bitch she is, quickly is able to overpower him and-get this- actually decapitates him!!!!! That's the good news. Bad news? Sunnyeo gets the same ability as Hwa Sun in that instant and was able to see through Jin Seok's eyes as she laid the final blow.

She is shooketh.

Choi and a small group of survivors don't have the luxury of hiding in a car like the jerk that accused Hwa Sun of bullshit just moments before so he has to be their leader.

Hwa Sun is now outsider while she swings her weapon to and fro while she is going HAM on those mutant motherfuckers. Looks like the coast is clear. Now, she says is a good time to head to the hospital right about now.

Speaking of cars, Tae Han approaches the hospital in the same ambulance vehicle and makes his way to the entrance ever so slowly. His first sight is of that 1st sacrifice that got yeeted off the ledge. Along the way, he hears some squeaks from up above and damn it is patients that got turned into mutants so he slices and dices them.

Hopefully they are not too far away from the hospital but yeah Hwa Sun is leading the group but along the way Do Yoon gets a glimpse of what she thought was her mother so she sprints from the group to follow. Hwa Sun tells Choi to be the new leader as she goes to retrieve the girl. Agreed so off she goes.

Poor Do Yoon. She just wants her mother. She runs through the narrow alleys and through the course she gets mini flashbacks of when she last tried to look for her in very similar surroundings. They eventually reunite and she asks WHAT THE DEVIL WAS SHE THINKING! She gets Do Yoon to come to her sense and they walk back to the group.

Choi and the survivors ducked in a corner so they were also quickly reunited. As everyone steps out, Dong Rim lingers while she has a very concerning look on her face. Oh noes.

Remember that door that security dude left the key in? Well Tae Han is at that exact location and manages to get that key and enter through those doors. With his knife in one hand, he spots a silhoette, which I think was to the front where all those cult freaks are at.

Speaking of which, I guess they are in the middle of their ritual thingy. Sunnyeo is waving her bells while prancing too and fro. Tae Han peeks around the corner probably wonder what in the ever loving fuck is this shit.

During Sunnyeo's thing is going on, this triggers her to go into the black void and is now talking to this black orb. She asks "Hey....so that boss ass lady that doesn't give a hoot about ya is kind of not dead soooooo what's up with that, man?"

Black orb tells her to mind her beeswax and do as he says.

When she comes back to the real world she voices who miffed she is. One of her followers suggests that perhaps offer another sacrifice? That sounds like a plan so they all skedaddle to retrieve them and they mysteriously did not detect Tae Han eavesdropping.

Right when he gets out of his hiding spot WACK! He gets bonked on the head and falls to the ground. Who is this bonker? You ask? IT IS SNAKE EYES!!!!! How the hell did this dude survive?! It seems pretty self explanatory once we see that he has been branded the talisman on his hand. New follower confirmed.

Sergeant Park and Hyun Ho and just chilling. Mainly because they have no other choice since they are still tied up and all. In walks Snake Eyes, surprisingly who explains to Park of how he escaped certain death.

You see, after Sergeant Park shot Snake Eyes and left him for dead as mutants were pumping up/down the stairs with the doors closed behind him. They randomly stop. Sunnyeo was there the whole time just to show him that she was the one who stopped them. She emotionally manipulates him saying she can make it allll go away and all he needs to do is given her undying allegiance. Badda bing badda boop. That's how the cookie crumbles. He now claims she dubbed him the chosen one. Awesome.

After Park's shocked Pikachu face, in walks more goons who bring in the unconconcious Tae Han. Dang.

So these survivors finally made it to the front of the hospital. Onward and upwards as they say. They go through the same door as Tae Han once did and steadily tip toe down the hallway. They reach the front to find each and every person gone. All that is there is the altar and the big black orb painted on the wall. Everyone is like WTF is this? I guess it is safe to say that 100% of the hospital peeps are Sunnyeo's followers. 

Snake Eyes and the rest of the goons lead the now conscious Tae Han along with Sergeant Park and Hyun Ho down the hallway en route to 5th floor where they will be the next intended sacrifices. Tae Han nudges Sergeant Park and they seem to be on the same wavelength so he fake fights with him. As he falls down, he manages to sneak a scapel just out of their detection. 

All three are made to kneel on the ground and Sunnyeo and the followers meet up. She immediately asks where Hwa Sun be doin? He doesn't even bother to answer the question he is just discombobulated that she is the shaman.

While she does on her diatribe on how awesome her cult following is, he slowly retracts the scalpel to cut himself free and he lunges at her. Doesn't cut her but just an inch or two away and is AHA! Didn't predict this, eh?

With her crazy super powers, she takes her hand and places it on the scapel and prys it away from her!! Yes! She actually did that! It did not phase her one bit. Once Tae Han got a closer look into her eyes...THEY. ARE. BLACK.

All three get yeeted outside. They did not bother to re-tie Tae Han either so yeah. Good for them though because now he can attempt to untie the other dudes.

Choi, Hwa Sun and the rest of the survivors have no darn idea what they are about to walk into but as they slowly walk down the hallway, Doctor J comes out of her room and is like WHO DA HELL ARE YOU!!! She quickly calms down when she says they are aqcuainted with Tae Han. Hwa Sun gets another POV view of mutants on the 5th floor after the 3 sacrifices so she hauls ass to the 5th floor to be their knight in shining armor, once again.

Oh dear. the 3 seem to be outnumbered and Sunnyeo and her followers are liek totally all for it. Hwa Sun manages to reach the 5th floor and remains undetected because the followers are too busy having their hands up in the air and praying and shit. They are none the wiser and it couldn't have been at a better time.

Who wants a little molotav? The mutants of course. Hwa Sun has some good aim and some of the mutants go ablaze. The rest of them come raging at her. Now it's a party of 4 and they are all kicking ass.

Sunnyeo is BIG MAD! She ends up commanding her followers to bring them back.

The four peeps manage to climb back inside through a window and close it behind them so the mutants don't infiltrate. The followers are in the same hallway and one has them at gun point. Hwa Sun cleverly gets a fire hydrant and blast those suckas into oblivion. That gives them ample time to run in the opposite direction.

Sunnyeo is all alone when that mysterious voice from the black orb is asking what the hell does she think she is doing because he def did not want to happen. He ends up calling her a foolish biznatch and dangles her past over her head.

She then has brief flashes to that traumatic incident when she "lost her powers" and sliced her feet on those sharp blades. She falls to the floor and begs for forgiveness and not to forsake her because she sure as fuck does not want to go to her past life. 

The four manage to escape those crazy ass people and make their way to Doctor J and the rest of the survivors. They barricaded the door so the followers can't get through. She tells the Doctor to stay in that room as it is too dangerous and she listens.

On the other side of the door they are banging and banging when Tae Han and Hwa Sun decide to go through the door to see if they can try to talk some sense into them. Nah, it was to actually get Sergeant Park's gun back. She is able to ninja it out of the man's hands just like that! Impressive. Everyone is shocked to shit until....

Sunnyeo finally makes her grand appearance and finally comes face to face with Hwa Sun. Showdown, my dudes. Show down.

Hwa Sun asks what exactly are her plans. Nothing much. Just following His will. That's all. She turns hell and commands the rest of her followers to fuck off. Of course they all obey. I guess there is bigger fish to fry here.

All the big bois have a meeting. Hwa Sun, Tae Han, Sergeant Park, Officer Hyun Ho and Doctor J on where to go from here. Sergeant wants to get the hell out of here but there's survivors from the Mart that need some taking care of. Sergeant gets handed back his gun and gets miffed yet again that Hwa Sun s giving him orders. Why? She is a LIUTENANT, SIR!

Hyun Ho excuses himself so he can check on his wife but upon entering he sees Ji Hye tied up. Turns out, she did it to herself because she was scared about become a mutant. A startling turn of events is that she is right. Her eyes abruptly turn black. This commotion wakes up the newborn and Ji Hye has a dead look on her face. Her eyes resume back to normal but yeah that facial expression. Not looking good, yo.

The Doctor is doing some checkups and right after she finished with one, with Do Yoon and Change sitting close by, Dong Rim marches up to her and dead ass says "Long time no see Doctor Han Ji Soo"

Flashback to when before shit hit the fan, the doctor is taking care of patient in critical condition. Dong Rim steps foot in clear view whilst Doctor is performing CPR while a woman is wailing. The door closes shut.

HE IS HER FATHER!

After he passed Doctor crosses path with her superior whom she refers as Chief. He pulls rank and tells her that it is in her best interest to fabricate her findings. That the father died of a brain aneryism rather than the car that hit him. He makes it known that Chairman is on the board for the hospital. Very high status and if she knows what is good for her, she better write that in her findings.

As soon as he leaves, Dong Rim is on the other side of the door. Presumably, she likely heard their conversation judging from the death stare she gives Doctor J. 

So there they are standing face to face. By the looks of it, she totally recognizes her and looks appalled. 

Dong Rim turns about about face and leaves the room. She enters another room and scans everyone in the room. Do Yoon and Chang plaing about, the high schooler trio slapsticking, Ms. Na being Ms. Na.  She says nothing and walks back out of the room.

It is the morning and nothing is really popping. The 2 main goons hear a bumpity bump off in the distance so they do and investigate. It turns out to be that security dude. I don't think we ever found out his name, did we? He is lying dead on the ground with a puncture room by his shoulder. Before much more can be said, the motherfucking tentacle busts out through the ceiling!!!!

In the other side of the hospital, Hwa Sun gets the POV again and sees  the tentacle attacking them in the video room. Her and Tae Han made a mad dash over there but they are too late. The 2 goons plus the security dood are long dead. 

A quick scan around the room they see the tentacle squirm up ahead so they try to follow its path by listening to it. It's somewhere in the hallway now. Both split up, as per usual.

Meanwhile Sunnyeo is putting on some makeup for a hot date coming up.

Some of followers circle back and bang on the door that allegedly want to bring some food as they assume they might be running out. Sergeant knows better and claims it is a trap. Doctor strongly disagrees which totally sucks and she ends up prevailing as it is true that they are running out of supplies. So they get ready to open the door.

The more the two some investigate, they notice more and more the holes poking from above. They all end up circling back to the front room which to their horror they see the followers along with Sergeant Park and the rest of the people that came out. Yup so everybody is now in the same room. 

DING DING

Yes, it is Sunnyeo who comes slowly walking into the center of the room to come face to face with Hwa Sun. Skeptical, she asks why the turnabout? Sunnyeo replies that the only reason they are treated as guests rather than a sacrifice is because He wants to give her a chance to repent. It's never too late to side with Him. 

Hwa Sun says fuck no.

NANI?! Well simple put, if she didn't want to embrace Sky Daddy - i mean Sky Deity- then no way in hell would she want to embrace black hole sun over here.
